GT trainTrack 3.4.1 introduces several enhancements to further improve users' control and understanding of data.

• read only user accounts:
  users can now be provided read-only access to data. This is especially useful when a department needs to see data but where their usage doesn't justify training them in the full responsibility of editing data.
• editing activity termination details:
  whereas before, once entered, activity termination data could not be viewed or editied, this is now readily available from the report card in the learner summary screen. This is especially useful as users can now correct data in this screen without having to contact GTWM.
• editing data after LLWR sync:
  the surname and national insurance fields are now not locked after the sync. Changes to the GTtT database mean that these can now be edited without having to create a LLWR delete file. Users can now correct this data themselves without having to contact GTWM
• improved activity visibility:
  the captions in the list of activities now include the full WLAD description of the activity including the level and the awarding body. This helps users differentiate the different activities especially if, for example, the choice of awarding body changes.

This change was released on November 9th, 2006. All clients have been upgraded to this version.
