Released on September 13, 2006 GT trainTrack version 3.4 includes several features to continue to help providers comply with the 2006/07 Programme Specification.

• Improved printout compliance:
  Printouts from GT trainTrack now have the same appearance as the data collection forms provided by DELLS. Feedback from providers suggested audit checks and internal compliance processes were made easier when forms took on this universal format.
  
  The Learner and Learning Programme Registration Form continues to carry the additional fields to allow this form to act as an Individual Learning Plan (ILP).
  
• Input form optimisation:
  All fields have been examined against the most recent version of the LLWR manual. Those that are not required when WLAD activities are chosen have been removed to declutter the interface.
  
  Activities not on the WLAD can still be entered by using the 'Industry Award' option.
  
• Improved compliance for award dataset:
  Following feedback from DELLS, award records are now generated when the learner is registered with the awarding body, not when the outcome of the award is known.
  
• Learner summary screen improvements:
  The summary screen now shows the status of the award as one of five states:
  
  • not registered (red circle)
  • not awarded (gold circle)
  • PASS (gold star)
  • FAIL (red star)
  • WDRN (crossed out red star)
